Reporting a correction
These get priority. If a specification is wrong, a standard is misdescribed or a product has been discontinued, we want to know — and a link to the source showing the right answer turns it around in hours rather than days.
Include the page you are looking at and what specifically is wrong. When we fix it, the page's “last updated” date changes with it, so the correction is visible rather than silent.
What we cannot help with
- Orders, returns and warranties. We are a research site, not a retailer — we do not sell boots and cannot see your order. Contact the retailer or the manufacturer.
- Whether your specific workplace requires a specific feature. That is determined by your employer's hazard assessment. We can explain what a designation certifies; your safety officer decides what you need.
- Medical questions. Foot, knee and back pain need a clinician, not a boot site.
